We require a credit card in order to book any appointments. The card will not be run for payment until the time of the appointment if you choose to use it, or if we have a late cancellation. You will be required to have a card on file to schedule an appointment.
We are aware that things happen, however, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests and perform high-quality services, we require that you provide a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. In the case that a 24 hour notice is not provided, your card on file will be run for 50% of the service fee in addition to a 20% gratuity.
As much as we understand that life happens. We value your time as much as we value ours. With a No show appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee along with a 15% tip to your provider.
We ask that all clients give themselves adequate time for travel as well as searching for parking. We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you are later than 10 minutes we may choose to charge you a late fee and have to reschedule your appointment.
